Halo Fund

Annual Giving

The Halo Fund is All Saints Academy's single most important fundraising endeavor. As an independent school, All Saints Academy is entirely dependent upon revenue from tuition and the generosity of our full school community of parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, and friends. Funds raised through the annual Halo Fund directly impact each student, program, department, and faculty member by providing support to the various facets that comprise the All Saints experience.

List of 7 frequently asked questions.

  • Why should I give to the Halo Fund?

All Saints Academy students will transform the world and reshape the future. Your gift to the Halo Fund plays a direct role in the level of educational opportunities that we can provide our students. In our humble opinion, we think they are worth it, and we hope you agree.
  • Who should give to the Halo Fund?

Everyone who believes in inspiring independent thinkers, principled leaders, and humble learners. First, we ask every member of our internal community (Board of Trustees, Faculty, Staff, Administration, and parents) to demonstrate faith in our mission by making an annual Halo Fund gift.  We also invite our school Alumni, parents of Alumni, and Grandparents of current students to join us in this initiative.  Then, we turn our attention to local, State, and federal grants and other donation sources. In short, your giving inspires others to give as well, and allows All Saints to secure additional funding.
  • How much should I give to the Halo Fund?

That is an independent choice for every family. We encourage each family to make All Saints Academy a philanthropic priority. By our example, we teach our students -- our future leaders -- the value of giving generously to help others. There are giving levels to suit each individual's comfort level.
  • When should I give to the Halo Fund?

While All Saints Academy accepts gifts throughout the year, we celebrate Halo giving at the beginning of the school year. We think it's important to respect our parent community and stick to our promises. That's why we push hard for four weeks, and then stop asking. As the calendar year ends, you may receive a few frequent reminders encouraging end of year gifts to support the Halo Fund.
  • In what ways can I make a Halo Fund gift?

Your family can support the Halo Fund and make a gift in a few different ways. You can make a gift online by making a one-time gift or  making a pledge with the intent of submitting your Halo Fund gift later (before June 30); or you can simply submit a check to our Business Office (memo: Halo Fund). Check/cash, money order, stock/bonds -- the choice is up to you.
  • What are leadership level donors?

Individuals or families making a gift of $1,000 or more are considered leadership donors. This special group of ASA supporters receives recognition throughout the year in appreciation for their beyond-expected generosity. If your family would like to join this elite group, let us know. We will happily find the giving level that best fits you and your family.
  • Who do I contact if I have questions?

We would love to help you learn more about our Halo Fund and why it's so important. You can contact Mrs. Marni Spewock to continue the conversation of philanthropy at ASA and how your partnership helps us inspire independent thinkers, principled leaders, and humble learners.
