Head of School Search
In a recent letter to the All Saints Community, Board Chairman E. Blake Paul wrote, "Carolyn Baldwin is one of the most innovative and forward-thinking educators in the country. She has created curricula and programs designed to truly make our students Independent Thinkers, Principled Leaders and Humble Learners." Through 17 years of tireless service, Mrs. Baldwin has been a champion for our institution.
Although she retires at the end of the 2020 school year, she will forever be a part of the All Saints family.
The search for a new Head of School falls to the responsibility of the Board of Trustees, who have formed a Head of School Search Committee led by ASA Board Member and Alumni Parent, Jerry Mixon. To assist in our efforts, the Search Committee has engaged School Strategies and Solutions LLC, a consulting firm specializing in Head of School searches. Additionally, a special email address has been set up for communications related to the Head of School search. The Search Committee is honored to serve All Saints Academy through this process, and looks forward to engaging the entire school community throughout these exciting times.

Head of School Search Committee to narrow the list of candidates to 6-8 semi-finalists -

Semi-finalists will visit All Saints Academy for interviews with the Search Committee; finalists to be selected -
August/September 2019
Finalists and their spouses to spend multiple days on campus
