Advanced Bootcamp Class: Scheduled on Monday and Wednesday 9:00-10:00 am 

Beginner Bootcamp Class: Scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-10:00 am 

Session 1: June 1-June 25
(Adv Bootcamp meets W & F during Week 1)

Session 2: June 28-July 30

$160 per 4 weeks (8 sessions)
Looking for a workout experience that pushes you physically and mentally towards your personal goals? If the answer is yes, then Bootcamp Class is for you! Bootcamp is designed to challenge your total body and improve cardiovascular performance, strength levels, movement quality, and lean body mass, all while enjoying the process and camaraderie. It doesn’t matter if you’re just beginning or an experienced gym-goer, Bootcamp is offered as advanced and
beginner classes in order to meet the needs of your fitness journey. You can expect these classes to be circuit-based and up-tempo, with the incorporation of bodyweight exercises and equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, jump ropes, plyo boxes, and more, all to provide you with the best workout experience possible.
