Admissions

Application Process

We are delighted by your interest in All Saints Academy, Polk County's beyond-today, beyond-classroom college preparatory school.  If you have not visited our exceptional community, we encourage you to contact our Office of Admission to schedule a personal visit and tour.  We also invite you to attend one of our Open House events to witness the beyond-expected All Saints experience first-hand.

Steps to Apply:

List of 5 items.

  • Step 1: Application

Submit the admission application and application fee of $30 (or $100 for international students requiring a visa) for each child you are considering enrolling.  Because we accept applications throughout the year, there is not a deadline.
  • Step 2: Admissions Assessment

Students grades 6-12 will take an admission assessment test as well as sit for a brief interview with an admissions counselor or school administrator on-campus at our Upper School. Students applying for PreSchool 2 through 5th grade will be contacted by our office to schedule an on-campus evaluation at the Lower School. For International students and out of state students that can not schedule an on campus assessment, All Saints Academy recommends registering for the SSAT. You can register for that test here.
  • Step 3: Questionnaire and Recommendation

    • For grades 2-5: submit the candidate questionnaire and request one teacher recommendation.
    • For grades 6-12: submit the candidate questionnaire and request teacher recommendations from one English Instructor and one Math Instructor.
  • Step 4: Shadow Day

At any point in the process, we invite your child to spend a "Shadow Day" with us, through which he/she will be paired with a current student in his/her current grade to experience a full day inside All Saints.  Often children fall in love with our school and beg their parents to return the next day, so be prepared!  Our school is extraordinary, a fact that students perceive immediately.
  • Step 5: Admission Decision

Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an admission decision within 7 days, after which you may be eligible for financial assistance.  We encourage you to learn more about affording All Saints.
We look forward to walking through this process together; please don't hesitate to contact our Office of Admission with any questions along the way or simply to check on the status of your application.  Our school is highly personal, which begins now.

We are proud to welcome many new families into our caring, close-knit community each year, and hope to celebrate your entrance as well.

**PLEASE NOTE - For parents/guardians who wish to apply for admission for their Early Childhood (PreSchool 2 - K) student on a track for the student to begin Kindergarten before turning 5 years of age on or before September 1 of his/her Kindergarten year, please be aware that you will be asked to apply for admission into the grade level consistent with his/her birthday.
