The Leader in Me

All Saints Academy fosters student leadership through "The Leader in Me" program.  This transformational model empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive and is based on a powerful premise -- every child possesses unique strengths and has the ability to be a leader.  We integrate leadership development into many of the programs, curricula, and traditions at ASA, as a means to improve relationships, transform culture, and motivate students and faculty.
"The Leader in Me" helps students develop the skills and self-confidence they need to lead their lives and succeed in school and beyond.  Specifically, "The Leader in Me" focuses on students learning teamwork, initiative, responsibility, creativity, problem solving, leadership, social etiquette, communication, self-direction, and self-confidence.  Using "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" as a foundation for success, this unique program translates those habits into easy-to-understand principles that our students can implement in the classroom, on the playing field, and at home.
