Nick Barnett is a third-generation Lakeland native deeply committed to advancing education, public spaces, and civic life in Central Florida. A graduate of All Saints Academy ('10), he holds a B.A. in English from Emory University, an M.A. in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University (2016), and an M.B.A. from Florida Southern College (2018).

Nick's transformational philanthropic work includes leadership in projects such as Bonnet Springs Park, the Barnett Applied Research Center at Florida Poly, and the Ashley Gibson Barnett Museum of Art at Florida Southern College.

He currently serves on several boards, including Publix Super Markets Charities, Bonnet Springs Park, Catapult Lakeland, and is Chair of the Academy Prep Center of Lakeland.

Sharon Brown is a dedicated community leader, experienced healthcare executive, and proud parent at All Saints Academy. Originally from Massachusetts, she has lived in Florida for the past 22 years and in Polk County since 2021, when her daughters, Mia and Harper, enrolled at ASA.

Sharon is married to Royce Brown, President and CEO of AdventHealth Lake Wales. She is actively involved in the ASA community, serving as a homeroom mom, parent volunteer, HALO class parent lead, and organizer of the May Show fundraising efforts. She is passionate about building strong relationships that support students, families, and educators.

Professionally, Sharon spent more than 16 years with AdventHealth, most recently serving as Director overseeing Physician Relations across Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Polk counties. Her expertise includes leadership, relationship management, marketing, fundraising, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Prior to healthcare, Sharon worked in international sales and managed corporate sponsorship initiatives for the band Steely Dan. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northeastern University and is committed to supporting the continued success of All Saints Academy. 

Jose is a highly experienced dentist and co-owner of Dental Solutions of Winter Haven, where he has practiced since taking ownership in December 2010. With over 18 years in the dental profession, Jose is known for providing exceptional care to patients of all ages, offering a wide range of general and restorative dental services.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree with training from the University of California, San Francisco and holds an active Florida Dental License. Dr. Cruz is committed to patient-centered care and continues to advance his knowledge through continuing education. His warm approach and clinical expertise have made him a trusted provider in the Winter Haven community.

Eric is a practicing attorney and the Managing Attorney of W. Eric Fasking & Associates in Jacksonville, Florida, a position he has held since August 2022. He was admitted to The Florida Bar on October 1, 2009, and is board certified in civil trial law. Mr. Fasking specializes in civil litigation and trial advocacy, representing clients in a wide range of complex legal matters.

He brings over two decades of legal experience and a strong background in courtroom practice. Mr. Fasking earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2000. His commitment to ethical practice and legal excellence has earned him respect within the legal community and a reputation for being a dedicated and effective advocate for his clients.

Brad is the President and CEO of The Lunz Group, a full-service architectural and interior design firm headquartered in Lakeland, with additional offices in Celebration and Winter Haven. He joined the firm in 2008 and assumed leadership as President in 2014, continuing a legacy of design excellence established in 1987. With over 15 years of experience, Brad has led diverse projects ranging from commercial resort developments to higher education facilities.

He is a licensed architect in Florida and Texas and an active member of the American Institute of Architects – Tampa Bay Chapter. A leader in sustainable design, he earned LEED-Accredited Professional status in 2006 and became a Green Globes Professional in 2013. His notable projects include the LEED-Gold certified School of Business at Saint Leo University.

Krista is a Shareholder at Peterson & Myers, P.A. in Winter Haven, Florida, where she focuses on civil litigation and is Board Certified in Marital & Family Law.  She is an active member of the legal community, serving on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 10th Judicial Circuit since 2018 and having previously served as Chair of the 10th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.  She regularly provides free legal assistance to disadvantaged members of the community through Florida Rural Legal Services and as a Guardian Ad Litem Attorney.  In her time away from work, she enjoys attending sporting events and going to the beach with her two sons and her husband, Alex.

Josh is the President of SERVPRO® Disaster Recovery Team – Team Marazzito, a multi-location operation serving key regions across Florida, including Winter Haven. Under his leadership, the company has earned a strong reputation for rapid emergency response, property restoration, and customer-focused service. His team is recognized for operational excellence and a commitment to helping communities recover from disasters efficiently and compassionately.

Josh began his education at All Saints Academy and later graduated from George Jenkins High School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida (USF), where he cultivated his skills in business management and leadership. With deep roots in the local community and a passion for service, Josh continues to lead with integrity and impact.

Jerry Mixon is a lifelong Winter Haven resident, citrus grower, and community leader. As owner of KLM Farms, 6M Farms, and 6M Rentals, he oversees the production, care, and harvesting of more than 300 acres of primarily fresh citrus. His professional experience includes leadership roles with Sunny Ridge Farm and Dole Food Company, where he served as Vice President of Farming Operations.

Jerry is a graduate of Winter Haven High School, Polk State College, and the University of Central Florida. Throughout his career, he has served on numerous agricultural boards and councils, including the Board of Directors of the Dundee Citrus Growers Association.

A dedicated community volunteer, Jerry has been involved with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club of Winter Haven, Leadership Winter Haven, Polk County Farm Bureau, GiveWell Community Foundation, The Mission, LifeChoice Pregnancy Center, and Heart for Winter Haven. He previously served on the All Saints Academy Board of Trustees, including as Board Chair from 2019–2021 and Chair of the Head of School Search Committee.

Jerry and his wife, Pam, are proud parents of four children, including three ASA alumni. 

Dr. Paula Orcutt is the founder of Orcutt Consulting, where she partners with organizations to enhance operational excellence, align leadership strategies, and improve talent retention. With a unique blend of C-suite experience and academic insight, she equips business leaders to optimize performance and scale with intention.

Beyond her consulting work, Dr. Orcutt serves on the Board of Trustees for All Saints Academy and is an active member of Sheriff Grady Judd’s Advisory Council, contributing to public safety and community well-being. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Greater Winter Haven, where she supports civic leadership and philanthropic initiatives.

April Roe Porter is the CFO and co-owner of Noble Ag, Florida's premier citrus caretaking and development company with more than 4,000 acres under management.  She is a 4th generation farmer whose family began its roots in citrus in the 1920s by selling and packing fresh fruit.  April pursued her dream to work for the family business after a career in corporate finance and investment banking. April is on the board of the Florida Specialty Crop Foundation and The Foundation for Fresh Produce. She is an active member in the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association and the Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Ag and Natural Resources.

She earned a BBA in finance from Emory University. April’s husband, Kyle Porter, is an accomplished software entrepreneur from Atlanta and together they have three children who are proud ASA students.

Ben Pou is the CEO of TPG Holdings LLC, a diversified holding company with interests in real estate, technology, and five Buddy’s Home Furnishings franchise locations throughout Florida. He brings extensive experience in technology infrastructure, business operations, strategic planning, and franchise management.

An All Saints Academy alumnus from the Class of 2004, Ben is a dedicated supporter of the school and its mission. He previously served as Chair of the Development Committee and currently remains an active member of the committee. As the parent of three children attending ASA, he is deeply invested in the school’s continued growth and success.

Ben is passionate about advancing All Saints Academy’s mission of developing independent thinkers, principled leaders, and humble learners. Through his leadership experience and commitment to innovation, he looks forward to contributing to the Board of Trustees and supporting the long-term strength and vitality of the ASA community. 

Matthew D. Railey is the Owner and Principal Agent at Agrilliance Insurance, Inc. headquartered in Winter Haven, Florida. With more than 25 years of experience in the crop insurance industry, Matthew is known for his deep-rooted commitment to Florida’s agricultural community. Under his leadership, Agrilliance Insurance, Inc. provides customized risk management and insurance solutions to farmers and growers across the region. His focus on personalized service and practical solutions has earned the agency a trusted reputation among Florida’s agricultural producers.

A proud graduate of Winter Haven High School, Matthew continued his education at the University of South Florida, where he built a strong foundation in agriculture and business. He remains dedicated to advancing Florida’s farming industry through strategic partnerships and service.

Tim serves as President and Chief Medical Officer at Lakeland Regional Health, where he oversees clinical operations and quality initiatives. Since joining in 2005 as an Emergency Medicine physician, Dr. Regan has held key leadership roles, including Chief Quality Officer and Chief Medical Informatics Officer. Under his leadership, Lakeland Regional Health has earned national recognition for safety and innovation, including “Most Wired” designations and multiple “A” ratings from Leapfrog. He has led efforts to reduce infection rates, implement digital health records, and improve emergency department performance.

Tim is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and a retired U.S. Army Major. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Loyola University Chicago, and completed his residency at Orlando Health.

Zane Schwenk is a dedicated member of the All Saints Academy community and the parent of two children who will be entering 4th and 7th grades at ASA. Having previously served six years on the Board of Trustees, I bring valuable governance experience and a strong understanding of the school’s mission, values, and long-term strategic goals.

Professionally, I serve as Director of Marketing & Media/Sales at Oakley Transport, where I have spent more than a decade leading strategic marketing, sales, and brand development initiatives. Prior to my marketing career, I enjoyed a 20-plus-year career as a professional wakeboarder and water skier, competing and traveling internationally. Those experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for discipline, perseverance, and excellence.

I am actively involved in the Winter Haven and Lake Wales communities and remain deeply committed to the continued success of All Saints Academy. I believe strongly in preserving the school’s financial strength while supporting its reputation for providing an exceptional college preparatory education. 

T. Michael was appointed City Manager of Winter Haven in 2022 after serving as Assistant City Manager since 2016. His career with the City began as a teenage lifeguard in the Florence Villa community and has spanned more than three decades. He has steadily risen through the ranks, known for his deep knowledge, problem-solving skills, political insight, and approachable leadership.

As City Manager, he oversees a $260 million budget and leads 630 full-time employees, guiding Winter Haven’s growth with a focus on operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, and community engagement.

A graduate of Polk State College and Florida State University, Mr. Stavres holds two master’s degrees. His educational background supports his strategic leadership of one of Central Florida’s most dynamic and rapidly growing communities.
