Message from the Board of Trustees, Chairman, T. Michael Stavres
As our Head of School has shared, she will not be renewing her contract when it expires at the end of June 2026. While this is sad to hear, I commend and extend the utmost respect to her for her commitment to and prioritization of her family. We have been beyond blessed to have Mrs. Hardage as our Head Of School for the past 5+ years and she has, without question, taken All Saints Academy to an extraordinary status. Our enrollment has never been higher, our student performance has never been stronger, our faculty and staff has never been more solid, and our financial status has never been more sound. I, along with the rest of our Board of Trustees, extend our utmost appreciation for the work she has done and for her commitment to see us through the year ahead.
As we embark on the effort to select the next Head of School for All Saints Academy, I want to assure all of our students, staff, families, and alumni that we will ensure our future as a premier college preparatory institution will continue to be a priority we build upon. All Saints Academy has an incredible story to tell and will certainly be attractive to the best and brightest who are looking to lead such an outstanding school. The Board Of Trustees has engaged Educational Directions, a well respected search firm that has led numerous searches for heads of schools throughout the country and internationally. Over the coming weeks, we will establish a search committee of Board members to work directly with Education Directions to recruit, vet, and ultimately select our next Head of School. I want to remind all of our families that just over five years ago, we were in this same position. Our efforts at that time brought Mrs. Hardage into our lives. And while I know that we will never replace Mrs. Hardage, we will secure a Head Of School for All Saints Academy that will continue and build upon the exceptional work she has accomplished.
As we work through the coming weeks and months, there will be numerous opportunities for our faculty, staff, students, families, and alumni to provide insights that will help the selection committee make the best selection, I encourage all of you to engage in these opportunities at every opportunity. Together, we will ensure the future of All Saints Academy will continue the legacy of those who came before us for the benefit of those who are part of our current ASA community and those who are yet to come.
