I enjoy each day at All Saints because I get the opportunity to work with students that are engaged, curious and excited about learning. It allows me to be creative with lessons and makes each day different from the last. It's a welcome change for any teacher that has worked in the public school systems. At All Saints Academy teachers are given the freedom to develop and engage students in a way that suits their own teaching style. We are not told how to teach, but encouraged to challenge and hold our students accountable to fully prepare them for their academic futures."  - Chad Eades, Upper School Teacher

Jobs Open for the 2025-2026 School Year

Once upon a time, three years ago, I moved to Lakeland, after happily teaching at the same private school in Alabama for seventeen years. I knew it would be difficult for me to find a new “work home.” However, I was thrilled to discover All Saints Academy after a Google search of private schools in the area! From the moment I stepped onto the campus for a tour, I felt welcomed and at home. In fact, as part of my tour, I was invited to observe a high school class and I was impressed, not only by the quality of the instruction, but by the positive and comfortable rapport between the students and teachers. Now that I am part of the ASA team, I truly enjoy working with colleagues who are professional, yet friendly. One of my favorite activities is our monthly potluck lunch! Once a month, faculty and staff gather for a “thematic” meal and we all bring a dish to share. This affords us the time to enjoy fellowship with our colleagues in the middle of the day. Although I have been teaching for many years, I continue to learn and benefit from the kindness and cooperative spirit of the faculty, staff, and even students of All Saints Academy." -Valentina Adams, Upper School Teacher
