General 
  • Lunch Form Deadline for October is Friday, September 17 at 4pm.
    NOTE: The Lunch Forms can be printed from our website under the Parents tab, select Documents and Forms and scroll down near the bottom to the MS/HS Lunch Form.  It should be printed, filled out completely, and turned in to Mrs. Heather Brown in Mack Hall with the payment. 
  • Parents: There will be a meeting on TODAY, September 9, for Willy Wonka in the dance studio 5:00pm.
  •  Parents -Our final day of the Entertainment Book Fundraiser is tomorrow, Friday, September 10th! Please make sure that your student turns in all order forms with money and/or all unwanted books to Heather Brown by Friday at 3:30pm! Thank you for supporting the Parents Association!
  • Parents - Tickets for the ASA Friday October 1 Family BBQ are now available! Tickets are available for purchase in both main offices. Ticket order forms will also be available in the offices and on the ASA website. If you choose this option, please turn in all money and order forms to Heather Brown or Cathy Padgett. Your tickets will then be available at the BBQ will-call. The barbecue will be a fun family event that will build spirit and support for our entire ASA athletic program and our school community! Be there to enjoy a barbecue meal, get your face painted, and groove to the sounds of a family-friendly DJ. Ticket prices are $12 for Adults and $6 for Kids.
  • Tennis Dancers please don't forget to make your hotel reservation for November 5 -7 in Boca Raton.
  • Lost and found items: one pair black sunglasses,royal blue and black lunch box, and a pair of black iPod ear buds, blue water bottle, one women’s sunglasses, one faux pearl stretchy headband, one green watch, and one Ray Bradbury Book
  • TODAY, September 9 - FIRST LOWER SCHOOL HOMECOMING REHEARSAL - 3:00 - 4:00 - this involves students in grades pk3 - 5 who have signed up PLUS any middle or High School student who wants service hours.
  • TODAY September 9 MS MUSICAL - 4:00 - 5:00 scenes 1-10,  Parent Meeting 5:00
  • NJHS dues need to be turned in by Friday September 10,  The dues go to Mrs. Dugger or Miss Heather in the office.  Dues are $10.00 and checks should be written to ASA. Deadlines are important for membership in the NJHS.  Executive board will meet this week.  Date and time TBA. 

High School
  • ASA Choir will begin on Monday September 13, during the advisory period. The choir is open to all 6-12 graders.
     
  • College Admission Representatives at All Saints’ – All interested high school students are welcome at these sessions, which are held in the College Advising Office:  
    Florida Gulf Coast University, Friday, September 10, at chapel/flex
    Emory University, Tuesday  September 14, at after school extra help period
    Boston University, Thursday September 16, at after school extra help period
    Florida Gulf Coast University, Friday, September 10, during flex
    College Night Event for Seniors and Families

    Tuesday, Sept. 14, 6:30 PM, Hollis Media Center – Seniors and parents, please join us for this important presentation. We will discuss completing college applications, role of the college admission office, financial aid, and Florida Bright Futures. Featured guest speaker: Jamie Chan, Admission Counselor, Emory University
  • HS  National Art Honor Society dues are due now.  Please hand them into Mrs. Danis, Nikki Thornhill or Jessica Dedrick ASAP.
  • The Animal Shelter painting dates for first semester are: October 18, November 1, and December 6.
  • NJHS dues are due this Friday September 10,  The dues go to Mrs. Dugger or Miss Heather in the office.  Dues are $10.00 and checks should be written to ASA. Deadlines are important for membership in the NJHS.  Executive board will meet this week.  Date and time TBA. 
  •  The next NAHS meeting is September 24 at lunch in Mrs. Danis’ room.
  • The next Art Club meeting is September 23 at lunch in Mrs. Danis’ room.
  •  This is the last week that you can help your grade win a free dress out day!  Keep up the great work Seniors! We know you can achieve 100 percent participation for your class!

     
 Middle School

  • ASA Choir will begin on Monday September 13 during the advisory period. The choir is open to all 6-12 graders.
  • To any Middle Schoolers who came out for SGA but did not get to interview yesterday:  We will resume the interviews this Friday at 2:45 in HMC2.  Make sure you make it, otherwise you will not be considered as a candidate for Middle School Student Government 2010.
  • All New E Team Members meet during Advisory Period in Mrs George's room TODAY, September 9.
    All Returning E Team Members meet during Advisory Period in Coach Freeman's room TODAY, September 9 (H2)
  • The last day to hand in permission forms and money for the Seventh grade field trip is TODAY,  September 9, by 3 pm.  Please make sure that the money and permission form is turned into Mrs. Heather Brown.
  • All New E Team Members meet during Advisory Period in Mrs. George's room this Thursday, September 9.
  • Middle School Musical Cast - you only need to show up to a rehearsal when it is your scene or it says "Run Thru".  If you come to rehearsal at a time when your scene is not scheduled, you will be required to go to the HMC till your ride arrives.
  • Anyone running for Middle School SGA needs to turn in the essay questions no later than 3pm on Friday, September 10 to Ms. Schmidt.  The interviews with Mr. Baucom and Mr. Canlon will be Monday September 13, during advisory period.  Stay tuned for the location!
  • Please turn in all Entertainment Book Fundraising order forms to Heather Brown by tomorrow.  Many of you have worked hard to sell Entertainment Books for the Parents Association and now is the time to reap your reward! Book sales will be tabulated to determine the dress-out-day winners! Please turn in everything by Friday to give your class the best chance for success. Thank you!
